The Know and the How
Wherever or whenever land needs to be nurtured, repaired, or its function to be sustainably utilised, Environmental Earth Sciences should come to mind.
Environmental Earth Sciences is an Australian owned company that has been providing innovative scientific solutions for the environment since 1983. We have three operating divisions:
- Environmental Earth Sciences - the consultancy
- EESI Contracting - specialist remediation contractor; and
- The Centre for Contaminant Geosciences - the research arm developing innovative scientific solutions for the consulting and contracting operations
The ‘know' division of the company, the consulting arm, aims to provide innovative science-based, practical techniques to evaluate and rehabilitate groundwater and soil contamination.
The ‘how' division of the company, EESI Contracting, executes the techniques devised by Environmental Earth Sciences. Contaminated site remediation is extremely specialised and requires the right equipment and expertise. EESI Contracting is classed as a fully specialised environmental remediation contractor.
The combined expertise, equipment and experience behind the ‘know' and the ‘how' offer our clients a value-added, one-stop solution to manage their environmental risk. However these divisions can work independently of each other and in fact often EESI Contracting operates as a stand-alone contractor supervised by an external consultant.
The research arm of Environmental Earth Sciences, known also as The Centre for Contaminant Geosciences, is a not-for-profit association established to undertake research to further understand contaminants, their behaviour and to develop environmentally sustainable remediation technologies and solutions.
Environmental Earth Sciences is a division of the Environmental Earth Sciences Group. This group has an affiliated property services company, GreenPlus Property Services, which represents the definitive standard in holistic environmental assessment and ongoing environmental management for existing and new buildings worldwide.
